Little Girl Holiday - A workshop catered to adolescent girls and women to create a weekly ritual and honorary holiday for the little girl they once were who's spiritual energy is still a part of their lives. This workshop can be catered to various gender identities.

Joy and Time Management - Identifying where all the time goes and how to create self care rituals and activities that relieve stress and maintain joy.

LaBoca "Coming to Voice and Freeing Your Style" - A vocal rhyming workshop with techniques for self-expression and releasing self-silencing habits that limit our emotional freedom and vitality.

Self Care Evolution - The introduction and action plan to Transformation Coaching. Clients engage in Forgiveness, Anchoring, and Reframing exercises.

Energy Cycle Life Map - Clients explore their understanding of masculine, feminine and non-binary energy. They workshop how to balance the presence of those energy patterns in their lives and relationships. Clients develop a personalized map and monthly schedule to channel their personal energy cycles.

Crafting The One Person Show - Face yourself, tell your story, stand in the light and shine.  This creative and cathartic workshop explores performance, storytelling, self-perception and crafting the identity of the star within. Clients will perform a rehearsal of their one person show at the end of the workshop. Client groups will produce a performance session/event.
